I’m incredibly happy that I spent the past six months learning how to use Notion to build my agency because it has completely transformed the way I manage operations, delegate tasks, and scale efficiently. What started as a simple attempt to organize my workflow has turned into a powerful system that keeps my team aligned, tracks every client’s progress, and streamlines content planning and Reddit marketing.

Instead of scrambling to keep up with endless spreadsheets and scattered notes, I now have a structured, relational database that gives me a clear overview of everything—subreddit tracking, employee assignments, content schedules, and more. It’s helped me eliminate guesswork, automate repetitive processes, and ensure my VAs can work efficiently without needing constant oversight.

Most importantly, mastering Notion has given me the confidence to scale. I know that as I bring on more clients, my system is built to handle it. This wasn’t just a tech skill I picked up—it was an investment in my business, and looking back, it was one of the smartest moves I’ve made.
